8th-10th Nov NEC Classic Car Show - NEC Birmingham
We will be back in Birmingham for biggest classic car show in the UK calendar. As ever, if you are able to help organise the stand please contact Mike Thatcher or Turplin Dixon. For discounted tickets use code CCCNOV406, tickets can be purchased via he following link www.necclassicmotorshow.com/ticket-information . Note: Discount applied to Advance prices if booked before midnight on Thurs 7 Nov or Show Open prices thereafter. Book by 17 October and you’ll help the club earn additional entrance wrist bands for those who volunteer to assist on the stand.
13th December Chairmanʼs Dinner - 89-91 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS
This year’s Chairman’s Dinner will be held at the Royal Automobile Club on Friday 13th December. As last year, drinks will be in The Mall Room at 19.15, followed by dinner in The Main Committee Room at 20.00. The menu is as follows: Cured Scottish Salmon, crème fraîche, bull’s blood leaves and caviar. ******* Roast Fillet of Hereford Beef, Horseradish potato cake, braised chestnuts and Yuletide vegetables with shallot and port jus ******* Zesty lemon posset and vanilla shortbread ******* Coffee Stollen, mince pies and Club gin truffles ******* The price per head - including pre dinner drinks and wine with dinner is £125.
